Service of process has changed in recent years. 

There are newly adopted laws such as the SPARE act (AB 747) which impacts service of process from a regulatory standpoint. But industry norms have also changed. The business model that overwhelmingly dominates is one of fixed attempts, flat rate, low quality. Reducing quality on one side tends to increase costs on the other.

Our service of process department understand the process of delivering legal documents and the implications it carries. While it may not be a complex area to learn, there is a degree of knowledge and experience that one must carry. We refuse to compromise quality and will be glad to assist with any of your service of process needs, statewide.
